Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and development of construction projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met throughout all phases.
- I may train you to estimate projects as well and do field dimensions depending on the project.
- Oversee construction activities to guarantee adherence to blueprints, schematics, contracts, and safety protocols while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on commercial or civil sites.
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site operations.
- Experience with contracts administration and construction estimating processes.
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction management best practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately; familiarity with heavy civil or infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory.
