 JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for delivering, picking-up and distributing supplies and information to assigned destinations as well as intake and organization of stock received.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

• Inventory check/control of supplies and equipment

• Supply collection from local area Hospitals

• Organizing materials for assigned deliveries

• Maintaining hospital EPCR printing supplies

• Must be professional and appropriately dressed at all times

• Maintain punctual and regular attendance

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

Minimum of 1-year customer service experience with a high-volume practice or clinic, ambulance experience preferred medical background preferred

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Skills:

Customer Service Skills Ability to carry out assignments and meet deadlines Excellent Time management Ability to prioritize tasks multi-level communication skills Ability to navigate geographic areas and set routes of travel Maintain confidential information Ability to present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Working Conditions:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment and driving to assigned locations

Physical Demands:
May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time

Mental Requirements:
Decision making, listening, communication, stress, problem solving, comprehension
