Job Description
- Work with authorized items by the retailers to maintain the shelf
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Place orders during visits
- Merchandise product to the shelf
- Process credits
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Coordinate and work through resets
- Build and maintain displays
Essential Role Functions
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Possibility of working overtime.
- Flexible hours but within the Grocery Store hours.
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Merchandising Skills
Work Experience/Requirements for This Role
- Knowledge of MS Office
- car and valid driver’s license
- Cellphone and able to communicate with Sales team.
- people oriented
- Strong customer service skills
- Be able to build customer relationships
- Organized
- Professionalism
- Bi-lingual (English/Arabic) -preferred
- Clean DMV
- Ability to commute to multiple locations
- Be able to lift 40 plus lbs.
