JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers in a designated territory as well as identifying new business opportunities driving profitable revenue growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify new and potential partnerships and strategically assess new opportunities

Maintain strong relationships with all customers in assigned region through face-to-face meetings and phone conversations

Grow sales through portfolio expansion and new customer's acquisition

Act proactively to resolve potential issues

Collaborate with cross functional teams to high service levels and profitable sales growth

Use technology, data, and rigorous business analysis to enhance efforts to grow a robust, and value-added network
-
Review the sales numbers for a designated territory regularly (revenue, cases, placements, number of active customers, prices) and use them to evaluate opportunities and risks
-
Control expenses appropriate to job performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher educations
-
5 years of experience in CPG industry
-
Distributor Business and ethnic market knowledge is a plus
-
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
-
Fluent in English
-
Computer literacy is a must
-
Strong Analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
-
Positive attitude, a role model for integrity

Self-confident

Valid Driver’s License
Schedule

Days: Monday-Friday (May occasionally require weekends)
