Day Porter / Janitorial Worker
We're hiring a reliable daytime porter to keep our client facilities clean, safe, and welcoming.
What you'll do
- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and take out trash
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Run floor buffers, scrubbers, and other cleaning equipment
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow all safety rules
- Lift and move furniture, supplies, and equipment
- Help with minor upkeep like small repairs and paint touch-ups
- Respond quickly and politely to requests from building staff and visitors
What we're looking for
- Janitorial or porter experience preferred, commercial a plus
- Comfortable using floor equipment
- Knows safe chemical handling and sanitation practices
- Able to lift heavy items safely
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
