Role Description The Remote Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role based in Newport Beach, CA. This role focuses on outbound sales, engaging high-net-worth individuals with multi-million-dollar homes and introducing them to Global Luxury Group’s network of luxury real estate professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing warm leads, conducting consultative calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments or introductions for partner agents. The representative will use multi-dialer systems and CRM tools to track outreach, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. This role also involves collaborating with the sales leadership team, adhering to performance metrics, and contributing to revenue growth while delivering a high standard of professional service.
Qualifications
- Strong outbound sales, cold/warm calling, and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and multi-dialer or sales enablement tools, plus solid lead management and follow-up capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
