GLS is hiring a Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our Vice President of Revenue and drive the accuracy, momentum, and professionalism of our business development engine. This role is ideal for someone with strong CRM and sales process experience who enjoys creating order, clarity, and structure within a fast-moving consulting environment.
What You Will Do
• Own CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
• Prepare weekly and quarterly revenue dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate discovery calls, follow-ups, proposals, and pre- and post-meeting materials.
• Support pursuit strategy with research on companies, sectors, and target accounts.
• Align with Marketing on campaigns, conferences, and thought leadership.
• Document and improve sales processes to ensure consistency across the firm.
What You Bring
• At least 3 years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or BD support.
• High CRM fluency (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to support senior executives and manage complex workflows.
• Experience in consulting or professional services preferred.
