Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Cardiology/Rare Disease

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company to appoint an experienced Clinical Territory Sales Specialist across its Rochester territory. Operating within rare disease and cardiovascular medicine, the business has delivered more than 60% year-on-year commercial growth and continues to significantly outperform expectations.

This is an already high-performing and profitable territory, with an additional CSS being hired to capitalize on the opportunity. You’ll work alongside an established specialist across a focused geography, with both CSSs receiving credit for all enrollments across the shared territory.

With a $195k–$205k base, $68k target incentive, uncapped earnings and equity, this is built for high-performing salespeople who want to be rewarded for overachievement and join a biotech with genuine commercial momentum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategies across key cardiology and specialist accounts
• Build and expand relationships with cardiologists, physicians and healthcare professionals
• Identify new patient and account opportunities
• Drive continued adoption and penetration across the territory
• Consistently deliver against ambitious sales objectives
• Collaborate closely with your territory partner and wider commercial team

Requirements

• Recent, successful Cardiology pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
• Rare Disease / Orphan Disease experience highly desirable
• Rheumatology experience advantageous
• Established relationships within the local cardiology market
• Demonstrable history of quota attainment and sales overachievement
• President's Club, top regional/national rankings or comparable recognition highly desirable
• Strong career stability and proven territory ownership
• Must currently reside within the territory
