Facilities & Utilities Technicians – HVAC / Boiler / Maintenance

Global Life Science Hub is supporting the recruitment of Facilities & Utilities professionals on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in sterile and compounded products. The company is continuing to expand due to ongoing commercial growth, increased production capacity, and continued investment into site infrastructure.
As part of this expansion, we are seeking experienced HVAC, Boiler, and Facilities Maintenance Technicians/Engineers to join the onsite Engineering & Utilities team. These are full-time, permanent positions offering the opportunity to work in a clean, modern GMP manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot core utilities including HVAC, boilers, and mechanical systems to support GMP production.
- Carry out planned and preventative maintenance activities across the facility.
- Monitor cleanroom, environmental, and facility systems ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Support ongoing projects and upgrades linked to site growth and reliability improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC, boiler operations, facilities, or utilities maintenance.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems knowledge.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in New Jersey.
