Job Type: Full-Time | 12-Month Contract
Salary: Starting at $52,500 (based on experience)
Job Summary-
Global Leadership Academy is seeking a highly skilled Math Coach to support instructional excellence in high school mathematics. This role focuses on coaching teachers, improving instructional practices, and increasing student achievement in math.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities-
Coach and support math teachers in instructional best practices
Analyze student data and support intervention strategies
Assist with curriculum alignment and lesson planning
Model effective math instruction
Support implementation of standards-based instruction
Facilitate professional development for math staff
Collaborate with school leadership to improve student outcomes
Minimum Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Valid Florida Teaching Certificate in Mathematics (6–12 preferred)
Strong instructional and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in instructional coaching or teacher leadership
3 years of successful math teaching experience
Work Schedule
12 month position
Monday through Friday
8-hour shift
