Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments.
- Handle dry cleaning processes when necessary, ensuring items are treated with care.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or amenities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and products specific to hotel environments is a plus.
- Experience in dry cleaning processes is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
