Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the site Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards
- Drive product and process quality by identifying and preventing nonconformities
- Act as the primary customer interface for quality-related issues, including complaint handling and resolution
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Plan and execute internal and external audits to ensure QMS effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to achieve operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma) to achieve zero defects and minimize waste
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
