Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and networking protocols.
- Install and image new computers, load appropriate software, and deploy business applications.
- Configure local and network printers and peripherals.
- Migrate user data and profiles during system replacements.
- Document processes and procedures for operational standards.
- Collaborate with Data Center Operations for account management, data storage, and restores.
- Partner with application development and network infrastructure teams to resolve customer-level issues.
- Lead projects, direct team efforts, and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protect data integrity.
