This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Fairfield New Jersey. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure the execution of high-quality production processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising production staff, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves managing materials, resources, and schedules to ensure successful on-time project completion.

- Mechanical drawings
- Woodworking / carpentry drawings
Software Skills
- Microsoft Office (required)
- AutoCAD or other 3D CAD software (preferred / optional)
Location
- Must be based within 30 miles of the warehouse
Work Schedule
- Flexible working hours
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when required

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
