Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Conga CLM to lead design, development, and integration of contract lifecycle management solutions. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and ownership of end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and development on the Salesforce platform
Architect and implement Conga CLM solutions (Contracts, Templates, Clause Library, Workflow)
Customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
Integrate Conga CLM with Salesforce and external systems (ERP, DocuSign, APIs)
Provide technical guidance to developers and perform code reviews
Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and performance
Support deployments, releases, and production issues
Required Skills & Experience
8 years of Salesforce development experience
3 years of hands-on experience with Conga CLM
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and legal workflows
Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer, Architect)
Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
