Qualifications
Required Certification/Experience: SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification OR a minimum of 3 years of Scaled Agile Product Ownership or Product Management experience in a large organization.
Required Experience: Typically, a minimum of 5 years of experience as an agile Product Owner.
Education: Bachelor s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling.
Domain Experience: Direct experience with data-focused, logistics/operations, or event-based digital solutions is highly preferred.
Technical Tool Skills: Experience utilizing agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira Software, Confluence, and familiarity with tools like FigJam, Jira Align, or AgilityHealth.
Core Competencies: Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with proven abilities in prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
