We are seeking a senior-level Actimize Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in financial crime, AML, fraud, and compliance. This role requires hands-on experience working with Actimize solutions, translating complex regulatory and business requirements into clear technical specifications, and partnering closely with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs related to financial crime, AML, KYC, fraud, and risk management
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into technical requirements for Actimize platforms
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document outputs using:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
- Use cases and data mappings
- Work closely with developers, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate solution delivery
- Perform SQL-based data analysis to:
- Validate rules and scenarios
- Identify data gaps or anomalies
- Support issue investigation and decision-making
- Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution, and defect tracking
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Track tasks, requirements, and defects using JIRA
- Maintain documentation and project artifacts in Confluence
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience as an Actimize Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Actimize solutions (e.g., ActOne or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of:
- AML
- Fraud detection
- KYC
- Financial crime compliance
- Proven expertise in BRD / FSD creation
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Experience supporting UAT cycles end-to-end
- Solid understanding of financial services domain
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile / SDLC environments
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence
