Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer Data Science (DS) with strong expertise in the Telecom domain. The candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying advanced data science models that drive business insights, network performance, and customer experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data science and machine learning models for telecom analytics use cases.
• Work closely with data engineers and business analysts to translate telecom data into actionable insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model validation.
• Build end-to-end pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
• Work with large-scale telecom datasets using Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, churn analysis, and network optimization.
• Optimize model performance and maintain data quality standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 years of total experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Telecom domain experience is mandatory.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience with data manipulation tools (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark).
• Hands-on with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib).
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure).

Preferred:

• Experience with Big Data tools like Databricks, BigQuery, or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
