About the Role:We are looking for a driven and relationship focused Sales and Account Representative to join our team. This hybrid role combines new business development with ongoing account management. You will be responsible for generating new sales while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and inquiries.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Onboard new members and ensure they are properly trained in our system.
- Track sales activity and manage pipelines using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while actively pursuing new business.
- Self motivated with a results driven mindset.
- Experience with Moxo and Hubspot is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
