Responsibilities:
* Attend Sales Excellence Team meetings to understand the unique needs and initiatives of the sales unit
* Provide customer support by covering reps when they're out of the office (as needed)
* Enter/Process quotes, orders POs, and communicating status
* Handle any customer service issues and follow up if over 24 hours
* Resolve deal desk and shipping requests
* Escalate issues from customers to the appropriate internal department
* Answer requests from sellers that come to them via their queue.
* Assist with bids (RFP/RFQ).
* Provide support to customers to resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner.
* Expedite and follows through on rush requests from customers.
* Answer inbound emails and inquiries from customers.
* Work in a team environment to support the customer experience.
* 2- 4 years in previous sales support preferred
* Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
* Excellent PC skills required in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints is required.
* Must maintain confidentiality.
