Position Overview
Global Facility Cleaners, the facility services division of Global Impact Group LLC, is seeking a Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) to serve as an On-Site Supervisor at a government facility in Raleigh, NC. This role is contingent upon the successful award of a federal cleaning contract and is ideal for experienced professionals ready to lead a janitorial team with a focus on compliance, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across shifts
- Conduct daily inspections and ensure strict adherence to quality standards
- Maintain and review compliance records to meet Joint Commission, OSHA, and VA requirements
- Provide training and support to staff on proper cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Serve as the primary liaison with government site personnel regarding cleaning operations
- Monitor and report on cleaning performance, issues, and incident resolution
- Utilize digital tools for scheduling, mobile reporting, checklists, and communication
- Lead inventory control, supply ordering, and cost containment measures
- Ensure all employees maintain proper documentation, certifications, and job readiness
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) credential from NEHA, IEHA, or an equivalent recognized program
- At least 1 year of recent experience (within the last 3 years) in an executive housekeeping role
- In-depth understanding of Joint Commission standards and VA compliance regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Technology-literate: email communications, mobile reporting apps, digital compliance logs
- Ability to lead a team with professionalism, accountability, and discretion
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in federal or healthcare facility cleaning oversight
- OSHA certification or health/environmental safety training
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) a plus
