We are seeking hands-on team members to support our distribution center in Northlake, Texas, delivering professional supply chain management and precise inventory control as we continue to scale.
Position Overview
Global Imaging USA is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Inventory & Imaging Equipment Specialist to support our DFW operations. This role plays a critical part in documenting all parts, improving how systems are packed/crated, and helping establish repeatable inventory and packaging SOP’s.
Key Responsibilities
- Crate and package X-ray systems and imaging equipment for shipping and storage
- Evaluate, refine, and improve X-ray packing and crating methods to protect sensitive imaging components during transport
- Develop and document packing standards and procedures where none currently exist
- Prepare workstations and imaging equipment prior to shipment or deployment
- Document complete systems, including serial numbers, configurations, and condition
- Document, organize, and track individual parts, many of which are currently undocumented
- Maintain accurate inventory records and part counts as systems are built and refined
- Monitor inventory levels, part locations, and component availability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and work environment
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to support daily imaging workflows
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
- A supply-chain degree is a plus.
- Background in manufacturing, technical assembly, or logistics is a plus.
- Open to recent university graduates with limited experience.
- Experience with dental/medical equipment (is a plus)
- Ability to organize physical inventory and translate it into documented processes
- Ability to lift and move equipment, including lifting 75 pounds
Requirements
- Bachelors or Associate university degree required.
- Must live in Northlake, Texas or North DFW region
- 800am to 500pm Monday to Friday
