Job Description
Global Hospice Care is looking for a Clerk to join our team. The Clerk will perform routine clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the company.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and shipments from various sources.
- Organize, label, and file incoming materials in an efficient manner using company guidelines.
- Organize and maintain all outgoing mail, packages, and files in an efficient manner using company guidelines.
- Perform routine customer service calls with customers and vendors to resolve issues or complaints.
- Keep track of inventory by counting items in the warehouse or on trucks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
