DUTIES AND TASKS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Researches, analyzes, and resolves a wide range of transaction request from DSPs and internal clients with varying complexity.
- Exercises judgment and discretion with respect to client relations and problem resolutions.
- Provides recommendations to Management to improve quality, productivity, morale, and communication within their team to ultimately improve the level of service provided to our customers.
- Identifies and escalates priority issues, redirecting problems to appropriate resource(s) as needed.
- Stays current with policies, procedures and system information, including changes and updates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

CONDITIONS

- Availability to work extended hours as required to run the department.

- Proven ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve leveraging technology or traditional process improvement methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (Microsoft Office and other relevant software computer applications and equipment)
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Prior experience within the Banking Services/Disbursement Operations department preferred.
