Salary: $97,000 DOE | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

GHS Recruiting is working with a growing, established home health organization in the Denver area that is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join its clinical leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong home health and OASIS experience who is ready to take on a key leadership role supporting field clinicians, overseeing patient care, and helping drive quality and clinical performance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship and support to Skilled Nursing field staff
• Oversee patient care throughout the home health continuum, including admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers and discharges
• Work closely with case managers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
• Review clinical documentation and help ensure accuracy, quality and regulatory compliance
• Support OASIS accuracy and home health best practices
• Assist with training and development of clinical staff
• Help resolve clinical issues and serve as a resource for field clinicians
• Balance administrative and supervisory responsibilities with occasional patient visits as needed
• Help create a positive, accountable and team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Home health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• Supervisory, clinical leadership and/or strong home health case management experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with clinical and operational teams
• Genuine interest in developing and supporting other clinicians

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximately $97,000 annually, depending on experience
