We are looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed food packaging machinery to ensure quality and efficiency!
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Safely operate food processing and packaging equipment
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues during production runs
Quality Control: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure packaging meets strict standards
Maintenance: Use basic hand tools (allen wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) for minor adjustments and setups
Requirements
Experience: Previous background in food processing or packaging
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on your feet in a production environment
Soft Skills: Highly organized with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
Logistics & Compliance
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a standard background check
