- Minimum 18 years old for coaching
- Applicant must be in town during summer months
- Available on Saturday mornings.
- Shifts typically last between three and four hours
Job Overview
As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for the achievement and growth of our recreational gymnastics program. The recreational gymnastics program begins at the age of 18 months and extends through teenage gymnasts. The outcome for our recreational program is advancement to our competitive team for most of our participants, however, many choose to stay within our classes for the entirety of their gymnastics career.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure a positive environment for all participants
- Speak with parents about the progress of their child(ren)
- Successfully teach basic-intermediate gymnastics/ninja skills
- Attend and complete company provided training as needed
- Maintain classes of up to 12 students
- Create games, drills, etc. for the betterment of the program
- Ensure cleanliness of the facility
Typical weekly schedule:
Tuesday evenings 4:00pm-7:45pm
Wednesday evenings 4:00pm-7:45pm
Saturday mornings 9:00am-12:00pm
