Global Guardian is an investor-backed, high-growth company that offers employees growth opportunities within the organization.Global Guardian – Account Representative (Intern)The ideal candidate will be able to support the Global Guardian Account Management Team in appropriately identifying and actioning the needs of both new and current customers to ensure the highest quality end-user experience. This will be done by developing a working level of knowledge on product offerings and internal data tools, communicating with clients to mitigate issues and conduct routine updates, and performing critical internal data entry tasks. ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Management team in execution of daily tasks to ensure the highest quality customer experienceMaintain relationships with customers to better achieve their needs, troubleshoot concerns, and help perform annual account updatesMeet regularly with Account Management team to advance strategic initiativesData entry and accuracy verification within Microsoft Office platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and other internal systemsManage upkeep on reporting data for customers' accountsUpdate slide decks for customer meetingsQualificationsRecent college graduates or rising college seniors in pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferred Areas of Study: Business, Criminology, National Security, International Affairs, Foreign Languages, etc.)Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing roleHighly motivated and organized, ability to meet deadlines in a timely mannerSuperb communication skills and attention to detailWork well both independently and in a team settingProficient in Microsoft OfficeAccountable, personable, and hyperresponsiveHas an entrepreneurial mindset excited by implementing creative problem-solvingPosition Type and Schedule  Spring semester (January - May 2026)Paid internship - $15 hourly rateLocated in McLean, VA Work Environment and Physical Demands Reasonable accommodation requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions effectively.
