They will focus on communication, training, migration of accounts and platform usage guidance to maximize customer satisfaction and business outcomes. ResponsibilitiesAssist with the migration of clients from one technology platform to anotherManage migration process for more than one client concurrentlyDocument processes and progress Work as part of a team towards a common goalSolve client issues and escalate when necessaryHelp oversee and coordinate general account and migration management activities and deliverablesHelp ensure the team is effectively managing client relationships, onboarding, and engagementCompetencies and AttributesClearly communicating with clients and internal teamsActively listening to client needs and feedbackBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsAdapting communication style to different audiencesDeveloping and implementing account strategiesAnalyzing data to identify trends and opportunitiesForecasting and planning for future business needsIdentifying and mitigating potential risksQualifications and Education1-2 years of Account Management or Project Delivery experienceCollege degree (undergraduate or equivalent)Exposure to a fast-paced environmentAnalytical and data manipulation experience, using data to inform decisionsPosition Type and ScheduleRegular Full-Time (RFT)Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually24/7 availability to the client while on taskMay require domestic and international travelWork Environment and Physical DemandsReasonable accommodation requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions effectively.
