Account Manager - Migration Team

The Account Manager - Migration Team will be responsible for effectively managing client relationships, and migration of clients to a new Travel Risk Management Platform. They will focus on communication, training, migration of accounts and platform usage guidance to maximize customer satisfaction and business outcomes. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with the migration of clients from one technology platform to another
• Manage migration process for more than one client concurrently
• Document processes and progress 
• Work as part of a team towards a common goal
• Solve client issues and escalate when necessary
• Help oversee and coordinate general account and migration management activities and deliverables
• Help ensure the team is effectively managing client relationships, onboarding, and engagement

Qualifications and Education

• 1-2 years of Account Management or Project Delivery experience
• College degree (undergraduate or equivalent)
• Exposure to a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and data manipulation experience, using data to inform decisions

Position Type and Schedule

• Regular Full-Time (RFT)
• Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually
• 24/7 availability to the client while on task
• May require domestic and international travel
