Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial lawns . This role requires a strong understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
- Develop and implement effective pest management plans
- Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools to perform duties
- Provide clients with education on pest prevention measures and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions.
- Drive to various job sites while ensuring safe operation of company vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lawn and ornamental
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of services offered to clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
