What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Jewelry eCommerce Sales Specialist / Jewelry Buyer position at Global Gold and Silver?
We at Global Gold & Silver are seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team! You are responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service. Follow-up and customer service are of primary importance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
- Create business through various methods of clientele
- Provide a compelling sales presentation based on our sales training
- Ability to work as a team to close additional sales
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every guest
- Participate in all areas of office operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven history of selling in a retail/eCommerce environment
- Superior communication skills
- Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities
- One to three years of jewelry retail experience (will train if needed)
- GIA certification preferred (not required)
- Collage Degree
- Monday to Friday work week
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING WILL BE HELD AT OUR NEW YORK CITY LOCATION
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
