WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Order Picking, Invoicing, and Unloading.

Global Glove manufactures and distributes industrial work gloves, high-visibility safety wear, and Bullhead Safety eye-wear; selling through authorized distributors/wholesalers in North, Central and South America. We have grown every year since we started in 2004 and our goal is to grow over 20% this year.

Summary/Objective:

The Warehouse associate deals with loading and unloading trailers, shipping and receiving, general material handling and tracking packages within the warehouse.

Essential Functions:

· Pull orders, stage product, or prepare orders for shipment.

· Load or unload trucks making sure that freight processes and safety procedures are followed.

· Help in maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse.

· Operating forklifts safely and responsibly. We will train as needed

· Restock materials accurately.

Competencies:

· Basic computer skills.
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
· Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
· Forklift experience preferred, but will train the right individual
· Ability to stand, bend, twist, climb and reach throughout complete shift.

· Ability to communicate effectively.
· Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds cases.

· Ability to work unsupervised to finish a given project.

Required Education and Experience:

· High school diploma preferred.

Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday 1:30pm to 10:00pm.
