Duties
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings
- Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats with precision using hand tools and power equipment
- Read blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to accurately execute flooring projects
- Use hand tools such as trowels, brushes, rollers, and caulking guns to achieve smooth finishes and seamless joints
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Perform surface repairs including patching cracks or holes prior to epoxy application
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing materials and disposing of waste according to safety protocols
Requirements
- Experience helpful but not required.
- English Preferred
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, buffing equipment, and concrete finishing tools
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety compliance on active work sites.
