REQUIRED SKILLS
- 8 years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow development and architecture expertise.
- Hands-on experience building custom applications, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Strong ServiceNow platform architecture experience including governance, standards, and best practices.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Service Portal, Studio, and UI Builder.
- Experience working in FedRAMP, government cloud, or highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM processes.
- Experience designing and supporting REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server integrations.
- Ability to perform code reviews, platform optimization, troubleshooting, and upgrade planning.
- Strong security experience including ACLs, data protection, encryption, and secure coding standards.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and work directly with business and executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform scalability, performance, and enterprise architecture.
- Must hold ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications; CIS certification strongly preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification required with CTA, CMA, or Security considered a plus.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Columbus, OH and leading technical delivery efforts.
