Job Overview
Pay: $3,000-$3,500 per week
Pay options:
- Dry Van -65-70 cpm
- Reefer 70-75 cpm
- Flatbed $0.85 CPM or 30%-32% of gross
- Typical gross: $10,000-$13,000
- Route: OTR across 48 states
- Time out: 3 to 4 weeks
- Location: On the road
- Equipment: 2022-2026 Volvo and Freightliner trucks
- Flatbed equipment: Provided
- Openings: Limited - only 5 new trucks added

What You’ll Do
- Haul dry van, reefer, flatbed freight over the road across 48 states
- Secure, transport, and deliver loads safely
- Stay out 3 to 4 weeks at a time
- Run efficiently and communicate professionally
Qualifications
Required
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 8 months of recent OTR dry van, reefer, flatbed experience
- Experience securing and hauling flatbed loads safely
- Ability to stay out 3 to 4 weeks at a time
Preferred
- 1 year of OTR flatbed experience
- Experience with oversized loads
- Clean driving and safety record
