🔑 Your Mission:
Lead and coach call center patient experience staff
Improve inbound lead conversions
Optimize consultation-to-treatment conversions
Develop scripts, KPIs, and training programs
Partner with clinical and marketing teams
Drive revenue through exceptional communication and leadership
