What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exhibitor Success Specialist - ESC Pre Show position at Global Experience Specialists, LLC?
Serve as key pre-show contact for high profile and specialty shows within the National Servicenter. Service products include but are not limited to: Logistics (shipping), standard and specialty furniture, graphics, audio visual, and exhibit systems (booth rentals).
Responsibilities
- Serve as key pre-show contact for high profile and specialty shows.
- Complete service campaigns, primarily for show organizer packages.
- Receive inbound service calls, address inquiries and identify upsell opportunities.
- Assist exhibitors with general show questions and assist in gathering exhibitor order forms
- Educate exhibitors on using our online ordering tool, Expresso
- Generate Logistics leads for the purpose of securing logistics shipments to and from tradeshows and events
- Consistently maintain accurate documentation in appropriate business systems
- Meet and exceed balanced scorecard standards (key metrics including sales and quality)
- Partner with management to meet and exceed all service goals
- Work with Client Services team to meet all show goals as it relates to exhibitor ordering
- Maintain excellent customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned
