Exhibitor Success Coordinator- ESC

• Answering incoming calls and/or chats responding to customer inquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Assist exhibitors with resolving issues, complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate departments.
• Act as a liaison between exhibitors and show site staff.
• Educate exhibitors on using our ecommerce site
• Assisting Exhibitors with purchases of all GES products and services
• Consistently maintain accurate documentation in appropriate business systems
• Meet and exceed balanced scorecard standards
• Maintain excellent customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customers'
• Assist CSMs with exhibitor follow ups.
• Keep supervisor informed of any trend or pattern that requires attention for us to improve department performance levels
• Qualify prospects for other departments of the company, including Logistics and Spiro
• Offer support for Virtual Help Desk.
• Offer support for emails.
• Offer support for Order Entry.
• Offer support for Queue Management.
• Other duties as assigned
