Deskside Support Technician

This is an onsite role in San Antonio, Texas, supporting a dynamic, mission-driven organization where technology plays a key role in how we serve others and build people.
What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on deskside and remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices and standard applications
Assist with account access, password resets, and general system navigation
Support device imaging, deployment, and replacement for new and existing staff
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure performance and security
Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, and documentation
Document technical issues and solutions to strengthen team knowledge
Support basic network connectivity including workstation setup and printers
Collaborate with IT team members and departments to support events and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in deskside support, helpdesk, or technical support preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications
Basic understanding of networking concepts and device connectivity
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with a service-first mindset
Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documenation
