Overview
Global Equipment Company and AG Distribution are seeking a motivated Inside Agricultural Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with an agricultural background who understands cattle, farming, and ag equipment and wants to apply that knowledge in a sales-focused environment.
This position is based at our Apache office in Norfolk, Nebraska. The Inside Ag Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions and support sales driven by marketing and media campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers
- Respond to web leads, emails, and social media inquiries
- Support sales efforts with dealers and end users
- Assist customers with product selection and information
- Enter and track customer interactions using internal systems
Qualifications
- Agricultural background with knowledge of cattle and ag equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
- Ability to learn and work within custom-built applications
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- Sales or inside sales experience
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
