Reputable company is hiring a full time Food Production Manager.This role will direct daily floor operations to meet production schedules and performance goals.Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, SSOP, and GMP programs.Lead, train, and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly employees.Monitor labor efficiency, downtime, and product quality; drive corrective actions as needed.Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.Support continuous improvement projects related to productivity, ergonomics, and cost control.Participate in process optimization, product trials, and equipment installations.Must have at least 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing industry.Medical benefits offered as well as dental, vision, 401K, PTO and bonus potential!
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
