Inside Sales Representative – Responsibilities & Requirements
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our high-energy sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels on the phone, and is motivated by closing deals and exceeding goals. Our sales team averages 80–100 outbound calls per day to manufacturers and distributors (B2B Only).
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to manufacturers and distributors.
- Manage and promptly follow up on a high volume of inbound leads.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
- Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings.
Requirements
- Strong phone sales experience with a proven closing ability.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset.
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.
