Call Center Outbound Sales / Cold Calling
Global Electronic Services repairs and services all types of Industrial Electronics, Servo Motors, AC & DC Motors, Hydraulics and Pneumatics for over 60,000 of the largest and most advanced manufacturers and distributors across the world. We use the latest technology to fully load test and function test all of our repairs. In addition, we also offer new, surplus and refurbished equipment, we even stock thousands of obsolete units. We are the largest repair facility in North America and we are a leader in our industry.
Global Electronic Services is looking for motivated individuals to help build our Account Management sales team. A strong candidate would possess some sales experience (inbound / outbound call center preferred), good speaking ability, a persuasive attitude, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Candidates also must adhere to Global Electronic Services call requirements and be able to handle constructive criticism of selling techniques.
Additional duties include but are not limited to :
Outbound Call Requirements :
- Make up to 85-100 Outbound Calls per Day
- Be aggressive
- Use a set series of scripted call guidelines on every call

Money motivated sales people will flourish with our company! The Account Manager position has a base hourly rate , plus commission, plus bonuses for hitting their monthly sales goal set by management. In addition, we offer a bracket bonus for the top performer in their bracket. There is also a weekly cash prize for the Account Manager with the most new customers for the previous week. There is no cap on commission!
