Job Title: Senior Configuration Analyst
Location: Littleton Colorado
Type of Role: Direct Hire (Full-Time, Onsite)
Shift: 9x80 Schedule (Every other Friday off)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an energetic, high-performing Senior Configuration Analyst to support configuration and data management. This role is responsible for analyzing proposed product design changes, managing configuration baselines, coordinating engineering change data, and ensuring compliance with configuration management policies and contract deliverable requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise PDM tools, change processes, CDRL tracking, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and data control activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Analyze proposed changes to product designs to determine effects on overall product and system configuration.
- Prepare reports summarizing the impact of changes on the product baseline
- Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with Engineering, Quality, Support, Manufacturing, and engineering data control functions.
- Review change accounting activities to ensure compliance with configuration management policies and procedures.
- Handle Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) schedules, deliveries, and verification in accordance with contract requirements and timelines.
- Establish product data management (PDM) architecture and maintain access control lists; process and manage access requests.
- Maintain program access control for Configuration & Data Management (C&DM) systems and tools.
- Prepare data for archival, maintain archive records, and support retrieval as required.
- Maintain a document numbering system and assign document numbers as needed.
- Handle review and retention of supplier data and configure supplier Statements of Work (SOW) and supplier data requirements lists (SDRL).
- Coordinate modification records for management control and establish change orders; prepare change authorization and documentation for company and subcontractor personnel.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience managing a technical baseline in Windchill or another enterprise Product Data Management (PDM) system.
- Experience executing formal change management processes.
- Proficiency in CDRL tracking, status management, and submittal to customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Qualifications
