Electrical Systems Engineer

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline (preferred)
• Experience with ECAD tools (Zuken E3 or similar)
• Electrical systems, cable/harness, and wiring design experience
• U.S. Citizen Required

Experience:

• Strong experience designing electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, electronic boxes, and power/data distribution architectures for aerospace or other high-reliability applications.
• Proficiency developing electrical wiring schematics and utilizing ECAD design tools (Zuken E3 or similar) to create and maintain electrical system documentation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to define electrical loads, interfaces, routing, subsystem integration, and hardware requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience, resolving electrical system anomalies while supporting laboratory, integration, or hardware test environments.

Background:

• Experience managing engineering documentation including electrical drawings, procurement packages, procedures, certifications, and overall product lifecycle ownership for electrical systems.
• Knowledge of spacecraft, avionics, or complex aerospace electrical systems, including harness design, mechanical interconnects, voltage drop analysis, and COTS electronic equipment.
• Experience supporting integrated hardware/software test laboratories or similar engineering test environments through design, installation, integration, and certification activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams supporting complex aerospace development programs.
