Job Summary
We provide document management services for professionals. We have multiple positions open.
We are seeking honest, hardworking, and trustworthy employees that pay close attention to small detail and can handle tedious and thorough scanning jobs. The employee will have to sign a confidentiality agreement and be willing to meet daily deadlines as necessary.
Job Responsibilities: Prepare Documents for scanning (removing staples, bindings, clips in an organized and thorough fashion)Scanning documents and entering specific data into a computer. Heavy lifting of boxes (20-45 lb)
Skills Required: Attention to details, Good work ethic, computer knowledge, professional conduct, Ability to bend and lift heavy boxes. Ability to speak, read, & write in English.
Skills Preferred: Basic experience and knowledge with computers.
