Global Dimensions is seeking a Mid Level Space/Counterspace Analyst for a position in Quantico, VA.

- Conduct all-source analysis of foreign military and space systems, including doctrine, technologies, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats
- Analyze weapons systems, dual-use technologies, space platforms, and global technology transfer and its military impact
- Produce high-quality written and oral intelligence products (assessments, estimates, briefings) that meet Intelligence Community and organizational standards
- Support tactical, operational, and strategic decision-makers with timely, actionable intelligence
- Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and intelligence partners across the IC to integrate technical and analytic insights
- Maintain situational awareness of assigned portfolios; identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements
- Support acquisition and capability development by producing threat assessments, lifecycle threat reports, and participating in Threat Steering Groups
- Provide subject matter expertise, conduct peer reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of analytic processes and methodologies
- TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Desired Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and technical proficiency, reflecting completion of all required developmental training and experiences
- Ability to analyze and communicate insights from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, technically advanced, or seemingly unrelated
- Proven skill in structuring analysis using reporting trends and incorporating diverse analytic perspectives across analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or direction
- Strong ability to collaborate across the Intelligence Community, including information sharing, driving collection efforts, and resolving analytic disputes
- Demonstrated experience producing clear, insightful, and comprehensive analytic products in support of defense intelligence
- Proven capability to lead analytic teams on complex or critical problems
- Experience guiding the selection, design, and application of analytic methodologies, including evaluating arguments and using validated analytic techniques to challenge assumptions and competing perspectives
