This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jira Administrator located in Marlton, NJ. The Jira Administrator will oversee the configuration, management, and administration of Jira environments. Responsibilities include maintaining workflows, ensuring system optimization, troubleshooting technical issues, managing integrations with other software solutions, and providing technical support to team members. The role also involves creating and maintaining documentation and ensuring Jira systems align with organizational requirements.
- Proficiency in administering and customizing Jira, including workflows, schemes, custom fields, and permissions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues within Jira
- Experience with integrations between Jira and other tools, such as Confluence, Bitbucket, or third-party plugins
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support team members in using Jira
- Prior experience in scripting languages (such as Python or JavaScript) and knowledge of API usage within Jira is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
