Level 2 Engineer

Global Data Systems is looking for seasoned IT people with a passion for the industry, desiring to extend their skill set to new levels, while working with a fun and close-knit team. Currently, Global Data Systems is searching for team members to expand our Level 2 technical team. Although this position is primarily remote (95% remote), we are specifically looking for candidates in the Massachusetts within the 495 belt.

·      Microsoft Azure/Windows Server/Azure Virtual Desktop

·      Aruba/Cisco Routing & Switching

·      Fortinet Fortigate/FortiSwitch/FortiAP

·      Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops/DaaS/Netscaler ADC

·      Microsoft 365/Exchange Online

·      N-Able N-Central

·      ConnectWise

·      ITGlue

The following certifications are a plus:

·      Microsoft Azure Infrastructure focused certifications

·      Fortinet

·      Citrix

·      VMware

·      Cisco

Experience requirements:

·      5 years’ experience in Information Technology

·      2 or more of those years with a Managed Service Provider
